5th September Teachers Day fast approaching, you all must have selected the top teacher from each school surveyed.... If not please waste no time and start the process for NBA- immediately. Steps to be followed:
Go to www.rotaryteach.org, click member zone, under Resources tab click forms and download form 1.2 (for students)
form 2.2 (for Principal)
form 3.2 (to compile above 2 forms and also to be uploaded on this website through project upload tab)
Your club can win these Recognitions:
5 schools -STAR CLUB.
10 schools- SUPER STAR CLUB.
15 schools- MEGA STAR CLUB
25 or more - SUPREME STAR CLUB
Visit school, talk to principal and conduct survey by selecting 10 students from three classes 5-8
Give one form 1.2 to each student and help them to fill by explaining in hindi.
form 2.2 to be filled by principal for the same teachers which students have evaluated.
form 3.2 club need to compile the data from both the above forms to select the topper teacher for NBA
